1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LLMPodium (including our web platform, APIs, feeds, and datasets), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue access immediately.

2. Nature of the Service & Independent Evaluations

LLMPodium is an independent benchmark aggregator and evaluation index. Our rankings, Podium Scores, and cost calculators are generated from algorithmic aggregation of public leaderboards, synthetic evaluation harnesses, and published developer pricing.

We do not accept commercial payments or sponsorships in exchange for score adjustments or artificial ranking boosts. Benchmark scores are updated on scheduled sync cycles and may vary as evaluation suites evolve.

3. Open Data & API Usage

Our leaderboard data is made accessible via open endpoints (/api/data/leaderboard.json, /api/data/compare.json, and /llms.txt).

• Permitted Use: Academic research, personal projects, corporate evaluation, and commercial benchmarking.
• Attribution: When republishing our rankings or composite scores, visible attribution with a direct hyperlink to llmpodium.com is required.
• Rate Limits: Automated scrapers must respect reasonable request intervals and HTTP cache headers. Aggressive crawling that impacts platform availability will be restricted.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All metrics, pricing data, and benchmark outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Provider pricing, API availability, and model performance can change rapidly without notice. LLMPodium shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from decisions made based on data presented on the platform.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All AI model names, trademarks, logos, and brand assets referenced on LLMPodium belong to their respective creators (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta). Their presence is used strictly for identification, research, and comparative evaluation purposes under fair use.
